Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health is hiring an ABA Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with clients in California. You will deliver ABA services under supervision, collect data, and support families in various settings with a focus on meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: college coursework in relevant fields.
• Minimum 6 months of work experience or exposure to individuals with disabilities.
• Availability: at least 15 hours in afternoons/evenings; 3:00 pm–8:00 pm.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance (travel time compensated).
• Pre-employment checks: background, TB tests, Fit for Duty exam, immunities proof.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services under supervision.
• Collect data on goals during sessions.
• Work in home, community, school, clinic, or other settings with individuals with autism or related disabilities.
• Address challenging behaviors using positive behavior support.
• Assist with caregiver support and training.
• Attend sessions punctually and submit timecards and notes as required.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and BCBAs and adhere to policies.
