Job summary

The position offers part-time starts (15–20 hours/week) with potential to grow to full-time, flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement, paid drive time, paid training, and ongoing professional development

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Psychology, Child Development, Education, Communication Disorders, or a related field (not required).
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass a TB test.
• Must pass a criminal background check and fingerprint clearance.
• Spanish speaker strongly needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescents.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Support ABA treatment programs in home and school environments.
• Assist in developing treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Compensation, Availability & Benefits

• Competitive pay:$22.00–$26.00 per hour, based on experience and education
• Part‑time start:15–20 hours per week to begin
