Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is hiring Behavior Technicians in Baton Rouge to implement ABA treatment plans under supervision. You will work in 1:1 or group settings across CARD centers, homes, schools, or telehealth, delivering high-quality therapy to patients and families.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma and CARD training; ASD experience is preferred. The role offers part-time schedules with growth opportunities and comprehensive support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training program, including written exam and field evaluation.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients under the Clinical Supervisor in 1:1 or group settings.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Review and implement Clinical Supervisor feedback during each session.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect confidentiality.
• Represent CARD professionally to stakeholders.
