Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC is seeking a Behavior Technician in Menifee, CA to implement ABA treatment programs under a Clinical Supervisor. Work may occur at CARD centers, patient homes, schools, or via telehealth, with data collection and progress tracking integral to the role.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and CARD training with a written exam and field evaluation. Prior ASD experience is preferred, with flexible part-time options across settings.

Qualifications

• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training with written exam and field evaluation.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred.
• Ability to work in multiple settings and travel to patient homes or centers.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients 1:1 or in small group settings under Clinical Supervisor.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Implement treatment plans designed to address skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and communicate with families and colleagues.
• Adhere to CARD policies and ensure clinical excellence.
