You’ll collect data, implement ABA services under supervision, collaborate with families and staff, and maintain timely documentation

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred college coursework or enrollment.
• Minimum 6 months of work experience or exposure to individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services under supervision.
• Collect data on goals during sessions.
• Work in home, community, school, clinic with individuals with autism.
• Address problem behaviors using positive behavior support.
• Assist with caregiver support and training.
• Arrive on time and end sessions punctually.
• Submit timecards and complete clinical notes on time.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and BCBAs.
• Follow ethical standards and company policies.
• Help with new hire training and shadowing.
