Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health in California is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with clients to help them reach developmental milestones and improve quality of life. You will deliver direct ABA services under supervision and collect data to track progress.

We offer paid training, flexible part-time and full-time schedules, weekend shifts, and BCBA supervision hours for eligible candidates, plus benefits and supportive supervision to help you grow in a meaningful behavioral health

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred.
6 months experience with individuals with disabilities preferred.
Availability: at least 15 hours in afternoons and evenings (3:00 pm - 8:00 pm).

Responsibilities

Deliver direct ABA services under supervision (Supervisor/BCBA).
Collect data on goals during sessions.
Work with individuals with autism or related disabilities in home, community, school, clinic, or other settings.
Address problem behaviors using positive behavior support techniques.
Assist with caregiver support and training.
Submit timecards and notes on time per policy.
Collaborate with Supervisors and BCBAs.
Follow all ethical ABA standards and company policies.
Assist with new hire training through overlaps and shadowing.
