Job summary

Lighthouse is seeking passionate Behavior Technicians to join our ABA therapy team, delivering one-on-one services to children with autism under BCBA supervision.

You will implement evidence-based techniques, track progress with data, and collaborate with families and the interdisciplinary team to support client growth and independence.

Ideal candidates are patient, reliable, and able to manage flexible hours including evenings and weekends to fit client schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred; ABA experience encouraged.
• Prior ABA therapy or autism support experience is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy techniques under BCBA supervision.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions based on individualized plans.
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and behavioral skills.
• Foster positive therapeutic relationships to promote independence.
• Conduct assessments, collect data, and track progress.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team to adjust treatment plans.
• Communicate with parents about goals, progress, and generalization.
• Maintain accurate documentation of sessions and data.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
