Lighthouse ABA provides in-home ABA services for children with autism, focusing on skill development, independence, and positive outcomes. We are seeking passionate Behavior Technicians to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in a flexible, part-time role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or with autism is a plus but not required.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy techniques under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to children, following individualized treatment plans.
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and behavioral skills in a supportive environment.
• Foster a positive therapeutic relationship with clients, promoting independence and well-being.
• Conduct assessments, collect data, and track progress to ensure effective outcomes.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and team to review progress and adjust plans.
• Communicate with parents/caregivers about goals, progress, and strategies for home generalization.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and data.
