Lighthouse CH is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under BCBA supervision. You will build strong relationships with clients and families while contributing to growth and skill development.

The role emphasizes data collection, progress tracking, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to tailor treatment plans and ensure meaningful outcomes in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous ABA therapy experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy techniques under BCBA supervision.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions based on individualized treatment plans.
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and behavioral skills in a structured setting.
• Foster a positive therapeutic relationship with clients and families.
• Conduct assessments, collect data, and track progress to measure outcomes.
• Collaborate with BCBA and interdisciplinary team to adjust plans as needed.
• Communicate progress and goals with parents/caregivers and provide home-generalization guidance.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and data.
• Participate in ongoing ABA training and professional development.
