Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with clients, helping them reach developmental milestones and improve quality of life. You will deliver direct ABA services under supervision, in home, school, clinic, or community settings, and document progress.

The role requires at least 18+, HS diploma, 15 hours availability after 3:00 PM, valid driver's license, and ability to travel.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months experience or exposure to individuals with disabilities (preferred).
• Availability of 15 hours in afternoons/evenings (3:00 PM–8:00 PM usually).
• Must be 18 years or older; valid driver license and auto insurance; travel compensated.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services under supervision.
• Collect data on goals per treatment plan.
• Work in home, community, school, clinic, or other settings with individuals with autism/disabilities.
• Address problem behaviors using positive behavior support.
• Assist caregiver training and support.
• Timely timecard submission and clinical notes.
• Collaborate with Supervisors/BCBAs.
• Follow ethics and policies; assist with new hire training.
