Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with clients across home, community, school, and clinic settings. You will collect data and implement ABA services under supervision to help clients reach developmental milestones.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED (college coursework preferred), at least 6 months’ experience with individuals with disabilities, and a valid driver’s license. Availability in afternoons/evenings is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Preferred college coursework may be advantageous.
• Minimum 6 months of experience with individuals with disabilities or similar exposure.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services under supervision.
• Collect data on goals during sessions.
• Work across home, community, school, clinic, or other locations.
• Address problem behaviors using positive behavior support.
• Support caregivers and provide training as needed.
• Arrive on time, end sessions punctually, and complete timecards.
• Document clinical notes per policy and collaborate with supervisors.
