The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD) seeks motivated professionals to join our mission-driven team providing ABA treatment across centers, homes, schools, and telehealth. Behavior Technicians implement treatment under a Clinical Supervisor and contribute to data collection, program fidelity, and patient progress in a dynamic, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Empathetic and compassionate individual with ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work with a team and independently delivering direct treatment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must meet CARD Training program requirements and pass evaluation.
• English proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA treatment to patients 1:1 or in small groups.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with accuracy.
• Follow Clinical Supervisor feedback during sessions.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional conduct.
• Support patients and families across centers, homes, or telehealth.
