Alora Behavioral Health in California is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children and individuals with autism. No ABA experience is required; paid training and mentorship are provided.

You will help clients develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills under supervision, with afternoon and evening shifts on a part-time schedule. Competitive pay and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with children in professional, educational, caregiving, or similar setting.
• Availability for at least 15 hours per week, mainly afternoons/evenings.
• Must be 18+ years old and have a valid driver’s license with proof of auto insurance.
• Pre-employment screening including background check and TB testing may be required.

Aufgaben

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under supervision.
• Help clients develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based ABA strategies.
• Collect session data and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Provide services in clients' homes, schools, communities, or clinics.
• Collaborate with supervisors, BCBAs, caregivers, and team members.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
