Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health in California is seeking a Part-time Behavior Technician (ABA) to support children and individuals with autism through one-on-one ABA therapy. You will work afternoon and evening shifts, earning $21.00–$25.00 per hour with paid training and growth opportunities.

No ABA experience required—training is provided, and mentorship from BCBA supervisors will guide your development. This role offers flexible scheduling, sick leave, tuition discounts, and potential supervision

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Experience working with children in a professional, educational, caregiving, or similar capacity.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Availability for at least 15 hours per week, primarily during afternoons and evenings, with the ability to maintain a consistent agreed-upon schedule.
• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Ability to complete applicable pre-employment screening and onboarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA or clinical supervisor.
• Help clients develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based ABA strategies and positive behavior support techniques.
• Collect session data, track client progress, and complete accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Provide services in clients' homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other assigned settings.
• Collaborate with supervisors, BCBAs, caregivers, and team members to support client progress.
• Participate in ongoing training, professional development, and team collaboration.
