Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health in California is hiring Behavior Technicians (ABA) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and related developmental disabilities. The role offers part-time afternoon/evening hours with paid training and growth opportunities.

You will work under supervision to help clients build communication and daily living skills, collect data, and maintain documentation, with support from BCBAs and supervisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with children in a professional or educational setting.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Part-time availability: 15+ hours/week, afternoons/evenings.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Pre-employment screening/background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA or supervisor.
• Help clients develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized ABA plans and data collection.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes.
• Provide services in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other settings.
• Collaborate with supervisors, caregivers, and team members to support progress.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
