Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health in California is seeking a Behavior Technician (ABA) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children and individuals with autism under supervision.

You will help clients develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills, while collecting session data and maintaining accurate documentation in homes, schools, and community settings. This is a part-time role with afternoons/evenings, paid training, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with children in a professional or educational setting preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and available 15 hours per week, afternoons/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under supervision.
• Help clients develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collect session data and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Deliver services in clients' homes, schools, and community settings.
• Collaborate with supervisors, families, and team members.
