Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health in California is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and individuals with autism, under supervision of a BCBA. This part-time role offers afternoon and evening hours with paid training and growth opportunities.

You’ll develop communication, social, and daily living skills, collect session data, and document progress across homes, schools, and clinics. No ABA experience required; we provide mentorship and support to succeed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Experience working with children in a professional, educational, caregiving, or similar capacity.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Availability for at least 15 hours per week, primarily afternoons/evenings.
• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and a passion for helping others.
• Ability to complete pre-employment screening including background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA or clinical supervisor.
• Help clients develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans using ABA strategies.
• Collect session data and complete clinical documentation.
• Provide services in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other settings.
• Collaborate with supervisors, caregivers, and team members to support progress.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
