Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health in California is hiring Behavior Technicians to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children and individuals with autism across home, school, and community settings. You will implement evidence-based strategies under supervision, collect data, and help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills.

No ABA experience required; paid training and mentorship are provided. Part-time afternoon/evening shifts with a starting pay of $21–$25 per hour; reimbursement

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Experience working with children in a professional, educational, caregiving, or similar capacity.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and available for 15+ hours per week, afternoons/evenings.
• Valid drivers license and proof of auto insurance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Ability to complete pre-employment screening (background check, TB testing, health documentation).

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under supervision.
• Help clients develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based ABA strategies.
• Collect session data and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Provide services in clients' homes, schools, communities, or clinics.
• Collaborate with supervisors, BCBAs, caregivers, and team members.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
