Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health in California is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and individuals with autism, helping them develop communication and daily living skills.

You will implement individualized treatment plans under supervision, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA teams. This part-time role offers paid training, flexible afternoon/evening schedules, and growth opportunities including RBT support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with children in professional, educational, caregiving, or similar capacity.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability for at least 15 hours per week, afternoons and evenings.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Strong communication, organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to complete background screening, TB testing and health documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under supervision.
• Help clients develop communication, social, behavioral and daily living skills.
• Implement treatment plans using ABA strategies.
• Collect session data and maintain accurate documentation.
• Provide services in homes, schools, communities or clinics.
• Collaborate with supervisors, BCBAs, and caregivers.
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings.
