Zusammenfassung

Alora Behavioral Health is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) in California for part-time, afternoon and evening client sessions. You will support children and individuals with autism through one-on-one ABA therapy, guided by BCBA supervision.

Paid training is provided, with opportunities for career growth and BCBA supervision hours. Prior experience with children is helpful, but not required; we provide mentorship, training, and a path toward advanced positions.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience working with children in a professional, educational, caregiving, or similar capacity.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Availability for at least 15 hours per week, primarily during afternoons and evenings, with the ability to maintain a consistent agreed-upon schedule.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.

Aufgaben

• Provide individualized, one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA or clinical supervisor.
• Help clients develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based ABA strategies and positive behavior support techniques.
• Collect session data, track client progress, and complete accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Provide services in clients' homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other assigned settings.
• Collaborate with supervisors, BCBAs, caregivers, and team members to support client progress.
• Participate in ongoing training, professional development, and team collaboration.
