Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide 1-1, home-based ABA services for children on the autism spectrum. Join a team where BTs work with BCBAs to implement treatment plans and collect progress data.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Experience with behavioral challenges or disabilities preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to locations.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Part-time after school hours.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in home implementing plans.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results.
• Support BCBA with training families on plans.
• Be responsive to clients, families and supervisors.
• Maintain communication with families and supervisors.
• Assist with physical activities to engage children aged 2-15.
• Other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
