Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization providing ABA services for children on the autism spectrum. We are looking for Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our growing team, delivering 1-1 specialized treatment in home-based settings under BCBA supervision.

This role offers flexible part-time/evening/afternoon hours and paid training to ensure confidence in treatment delivery. We value passion for working with children, strong communication, and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with children preferred.
• Experience with behavioral challenges or special needs preferred.
• Exposure to ASD or developmental disabilities is preferred, though training will be provided.
• Reliable transportation to commute to assigned locations.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report progress.
• Support families in implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, their families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and applicable parties.
• Assist with activities of daily living and ensure safety during sessions.
