Job summary

Surpass Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to support children and teens with autism. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy under a BCBA in clinical, school, or home settings.

You will help implement individualized treatment plans, assist with challenging behaviors, record data, and coordinate with caregivers. No weekends; full-time hours available with extensive benefits and RBT training support.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Pre-Employment Drug Screening required.
• Ability to earn RBT certification within 45 days (training provided).
• Full-time is at least 30 hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans with ABA principles.
• Assist with challenging behaviors and provide a safe environment.
• Collaborate with BCBA and update caregivers on progress.
• Complete session notes and timesheets.
• Collect and record data on socially significant behaviors.
• Use engaging instructional materials to motivate learners.
• Opportunities to support multiple clinics if desired.
