Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is hiring a Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide life-changing ABA therapy in a center-based setting for children aged 2–12. You will deliver one-on-one sessions, collect data, and document progress under supervision.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to lift and carry clients up to 30 pounds.
• Strong interest in ABA therapy and child development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with children aged 2–12.
• Follow prescribed skill acquisition and behavior support plans.
• Collect and record data; write therapy notes for each session.
