Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a passionate Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver life-changing ABA therapy to children aged 2-12 in a center-based setting.

Responsibilities include one-on-one therapy, data collection, and collaboration with BCBA supervisors. Eligible candidates hold an active RBT certification or will obtain within 90 days, with opportunities for growth and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or obtain RBT certification within 90 days of hire and maintain the certification in good standing throughout employment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to team needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 therapy with clients.
• Follow prescribed skill acquisition and behavior support plans.
• Collect and record data and write therapy notes for each session.
• Communicate with parents and caregivers regarding the client’s progress.
