Job summary

Thrive Behavior Centers is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) to provide direct ABA therapy to children aged two to ten under the supervision of a BCBA. The BT will implement prescribed programs, monitor safety, collect data, and communicate with families.

You will work in a collaborative environment focused on client outcomes, with paid time off, insurance, and growth opportunities as the company expands.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or GED; Bachelors degree preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Required to obtain RBT certification within the first 60 days of employment.
• Maintain RBT certification throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients one-on-one under BCBA supervision using ABA programs.
• Continuously monitor clients for safety and wellbeing during sessions.
• Collect data and document progress using Central Reach software.
• Create session notes and daily notes for parents.
• Build rapport with clients and families and maintain professional conduct.
