ABA Support Services seeks a Behavioral Health Technician/Direct Therapist to organize data collection and analysis systems for programs and assist with behavioral assessments and program implementation. The role includes leading behavior therapist duties in temporary absences and supporting staff training across clinical and home settings.

Responsibilities include data collection, graph maintenance, progress notes, session prep, and active participation in training.

Formación

• Previous experience in a reputable clinic, home, or school program is highly desirable.
• 1 year clinical/home/school experience providing direct services to children with Autism and supervising staff.
• Willing to learn about an early learning curriculum and behavioral principles to increase repertoires.

Responsabilidades

• Collect and record data based on observable client behavior.
• Assist lead therapist with up-to-date graphs, data summarization, and calculations.
• Write progress notes and program updates; create session materials and stimuli.
• Participate in baseline, treatment, parent training, and generalization sessions.
• Prepare and assist with session-related activities and equipment.
• Disseminate protocols and conduct staff/parent training.
• Use safe handling and guidance procedures with clients.
• Provide direct client care following behavioral programs; one-on-one or group sessions.
• Shadow or co-treat and provide at least 2-4 contact hours weekly.
• Report parent concerns to the lead therapist.
• Report suspected child abuse within 24 hours.
