Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children from birth to age 21. We seek Behavior Technicians to join our growing team for 1-1 treatment in a center-based setting, working with BCBAs to implement plans and monitor progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Experience supporting children with behavioral challenges or special needs preferred.
• Exposure to ASD or developmental disabilities is preferred; training will be provided.
• Reliable transportation to commute to assigned work locations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of client and family information (HIPAA).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report on effectiveness of treatment plans.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families and supervisors.
• Physically assist with activities as children move around the session area (lifting required).
• Other tasks as outlined by BCBA/LBA.
