About the Role:

As an ABA Behavior Tech with New Patterns ABA - MA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related neurodevelopmental disorders. You will work collaboratively with our team of professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, providing one-on-one support and facilitating social interactions, skills acquisition, and overall personal growth.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct ABA sessions in natural environments, such as homes and communities, to promote skill development and independence
• Collect and analyze data to inform treatment plans and measure progress
• Develop and implement behavior plans to address challenging behaviors
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure seamless transitions and coordinated care
• Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to agency protocols and confidentiality standards
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices and ABA research

Requirements:

• 0+ years of experience in ABA or related field (degree in progress or equivalent experience considered)
• Knowledge of ABA principles, theories, and methodologies
• Strong understanding of autism and related neurodevelopmental disorders
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Per Diem Schedule:

• Variable schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be available to work a minimum of 16 hours per week
