Qualifications

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related conditions.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide ABA therapy services to individuals with ASD and related conditions in their natural environments, including homes and communities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account each client's unique needs, goals, and preferences
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including family members, educators, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive support
  • Conduct assessments, data collection, and analysis to inform treatment decisions and track progress
  • Utilize evidence-based ABA techniques to promote behavior change and skill acquisition
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of services, including progress notes, session reports, and data tracking
Requirements:
