New Patterns ABA in MA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate ABA Behavior Tech to join our team. You will work with individuals with ASD in in-home and community settings, implementing evidence-based strategies under supervision.

This role offers flexible per diem scheduling, ongoing training, and the opportunity to collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team to support skill development and independence.

Responsibilities

• Assist Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for clients with ASD
• Implement ABA strategies and interventions to address client behaviors and goals
• Collect and record data to measure progress and monitor client responses to interventions
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client data, progress, and treatment plans
• Collaborate with clients, families, and other team members to ensure a comprehensive approach to treatment
• Provide support and guidance to families and caregivers to promote generalization of skills and behaviors
