Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is seeking a motivated Assistant Supervisor PT to directly implement CARD treatment programs for patients with autism. The role includes mid-level supervision and on-site therapy across CARD centers, homes, and community settings, under the guidance of Clinical Supervisors.

Responsibilities include supervising Behavior Technicians, delivering feedback, and contributing to program design and data collection.

Qualifications

• BCAT or RBT credential must be obtained within 90 days of start.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 12 ABA units and 1 year experience, or 2 years experience with a BA, or a Master’s with relevant experience.
• Experience designing/implementing behavior modification programs.
• Reliable transportation with auto insurance as needed; proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cases and Behavior Technicians under CARD Clinical Supervisor.
• Provide clinical feedback during training, meetings, and data reviews.
• Prepare progress reports and assist with action plans for challenging cases.
• Conduct caregiver collaboration meetings and assist with FBAs/BIPs.
• Support training of new staff and provide direct patient treatment as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and participate in required trainings.
