Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists for school-based positions for the 2026-2027 year. This hybrid AAC/SLP role requires CA SLP license and AAC experience, with CFs welcome.

Salary ranges from $82,000 to $120,000 based on the school year calendar. We offer a Compass mentoring program, strong clinical supervision, and a collaborative team focused on empowering children and families.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current CA SLP license/credential or eligibility.
• Fingerprint background clearance.
• Tuberculosis (TB) clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ethically and legally defensible CA school-based services.
• Conduct appropriate assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Consult and collaborate with Parents/Teachers/IEP Team regarding service delivery.
• Target modification, accommodation and/or generalization of skills.
• Maintain daily therapy logs, data collection and attendance records.
• IEPs: Write goals in support of curricular standards.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
