Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is actively hiring for the 2026-2027 school year in California. A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required, with CFs welcome. Salary ranges from $82,000 to $120,000 based on the school-year calendar and experience.

Position focuses on school-based services, supervision, and collaboration with families and IEP teams. We offer comprehensive benefits, a mentoring program, and opportunities for leadership in clinical supervision.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current CA SLP license/credential or eligibility
• Fingerprint background clearance
• Tuberculosis (TB) clearance

Responsibilities

• Conducting ethically and legally defensible CA school-based services
• Conducting appropriate assessments, writing comprehensive evaluation reports
• Consulting and collaborating with Parent/Teacher/IEP Team regarding service delivery
• Targeting modification, accommodation and/or generalization of skills
• Maintaining daily therapy logs, data collection, attendance registers
• IEPs: Writing goals in support of curricular standards
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
