Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists for school-based positions for the 2026-2027 school year. This hybrid AAC/SLP role in California emphasizes mentorship, collaboration with families, and strong ties to clinical fellows.

Applicants must hold a CA SLP license and have AAC experience. We offer robust professional development, in-house CEUs, and a supportive clinician-led environment focused on helping children and their families achieve meaningful communication

Qualifications

• CA SLP license or eligibility is required.
• Experience with AAC systems and school-based services is preferred.
• CFs welcome to apply and collaborate with a mentorship program.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ethically and legally defensible CA school-based services.
• Perform assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and the IEP team on service delivery.
• Develop goals aligned with curricular standards and implement therapy plans.
• Maintain daily therapy logs, data collection, and attendance records.
• Take on additional duties and special projects as assigned.
