Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education in California is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists for school-based positions for the 2026-2027 school year. Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required; CA SLP license/eligibility; fingerprint and TB clearances.

Salary range $82,000–$120,000 annually based on the school calendar. Join a clinician-led team with mentoring, supervision opportunities (CFs welcomed), comprehensive benefits, and options for intern or supervision roles.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Current CA SLP license/credential or eligibility is required.
• Fingerprint background clearance is required.
• Tuberculosis (TB) clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Conducting ethically and legally defensible CA school-based services.
• Conducting appropriate assessments, writing comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Consulting and collaborating with Parent/Teacher/IEP Team regarding service delivery.
• Targeting modification, accommodation and/or generalization of skills.
• Maintaining daily therapy logs, data collection, attendance registers.
• IEPs: Writing goals in support of curricular standards.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
