Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists for school-based positions in California for the 2026-2027 school year. This hybrid AAC/SLP role requires CA SLP licensure and AAC experience. CFs welcome.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ethically and legally defensible CA school-based services.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Collaborate with Parents/Teachers/IEP Team regarding service delivery.
• Target modification, accommodation and generalization of skills.
• Maintain daily therapy logs and data collection.
• Write IEP goals aligned to curricular standards.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current CA SLP license/credential or eligibility

• Tuberculosis (TB) clearance
