Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education in California is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year. A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required, with CA SLP license/eligibility, fingerprint and TB clearances.

CFs welcome. Onsite school-based role with a salary between $82,000 and $120,000 per year, plus comprehensive health benefits, 401K with employer match, and in-house CEU opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• CA SLP license/credential or eligibility with fingerprint and TB clearance.
• CFs welcome for Clinical Fellowship placement (CFs welcome).

Responsibilities

• Provide CA school-based therapy services ethically and legally.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and IEP teams regarding service delivery.
• Target modification, accommodation and/or generalization of skills.
• Maintain daily therapy logs, data collection, attendance registers.
• IEPs: Write goals in support of curricular standards.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

Requirements

• Tuberculosis (TB) clearance
