Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is hiring for the 2026-2027 school year in California. The position requires a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active CA SLP licensure or eligibility, with fingerprint and TB clearances. CFs welcome. Salary $82,000-$120,000 based on school year calendar.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
  • Current CA SLP license/credential or eligibility.
  • Fingerprint background clearance.
  • Tuberculosis (TB) clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct CA school-based services ethically and legally.
  • Perform assessments and write evaluation reports.
  • Collaborate with Parent/Teacher/IEP Team on service delivery.
  • Target modification, accommodation and/or generalization of skills.
  • Maintain daily therapy logs, data collection, attendance records.
  • Write IEP goals aligned with curricular standards.
  • Perform duties and special projects as assigned.

Job Responsibilities
  • Conducting ethically and legally defensible CA school-based services
  • Conducting appropriate assessments, writing comprehensive evaluation reports
  • Consulting and collaborating with Parent/Teacher/IEP Team regarding service delivery
  • Targeting modification, accommodation and/or generalization of skills
  • Maintaining daily therapy logs, data collection, attendance registers
  • IEPs: Writing goals in support of curricular standards
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
Requirements
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current CA SLP license/credential or eligibility
  • Fingerprint background clearance
  • Tuberculosis (TB) clearance
