Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist in California for the 2026-2027 school year. A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a CA SLP license are required; CFs welcome. Salary ranges from $82,000 to $120,000 based on the school year calendar.

Responsibilities include conducting CA school-based services, assessments, writing evaluation reports, and collaborating with parents, teachers, and IEP teams. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current CA SLP license/credential or eligibility.
• Fingerprint background clearance.
• Tuberculosis (TB) clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conducting ethically and legally defensible CA school-based services.
• Conducting appropriate assessments, writing comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Consulting and collaborating with Parent/Teacher/IEP Team regarding service delivery.
• Targeting modification, accommodation and/or generalization of skills.
• Maintaining daily therapy logs, data collection, attendance registers.
• IEPs: Writing goals in support of curricular standards.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
