Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists for the 2026-2027 school year in a hybrid AAC/SLP role.

Applicants must have a CA SLP license and AAC experience; CFs are welcome. The program emphasizes mentoring, collaboration with families and educators, and comprehensive benefits in a school-based setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current CA SLP license/eligibility.
• Fingerprint background clearance.
• Tuberculosis (TB) clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct school-based assessments and write evaluation reports.
• Collaborate with Parent/Teacher/IEP Team regarding service delivery.
• Target modification, accommodation and/or generalization of skills.
• Maintain daily therapy logs, data collection and attendance.
• Write IEP goals aligned with curricular standards.
