Job summary

MPower Plus is seeking an A/V Support Technician in Austin to install, maintain, and troubleshoot conference room audio/visual systems and video conferencing solutions. You will support Apple devices and ensure reliable conference room operations to keep meetings running smoothly.

You will work with Cisco, Crestron, and Extron equipment, perform health checks, manage inventory, and coordinate with vendors for upgrades, while communicating effectively with internal teams and users to resolve

Qualifications

• 1+ year of A/V support and system installation experience.
• Experience with Cisco, Crestron, or Extron control systems.
• Hands-on Apple device support (iPhone, iPad, Mac).

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot conference room A/V systems.

Required Skills & Responsibilities:

• Understanding of networking, security concepts, and incident management.
