Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• External applicants must meet/train/certify within 60 days of start date.
• Internal applicants must complete Encore’s training program.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required for team members who may operate company vehicles.
• Additional DOT requirements may apply if applicable.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown basic audiovisual equipment.
• Exceed customer expectations and maintain client relationships on site.
• Troubleshoot equipment and software issues promptly.
• Complete system entries and paperwork accurately.
• Interact with staff and vendors for equipment; use Navigator for orders.
