Job summary

ABC Supply in Beloit, WI is seeking an NSC Branch A/R Specialist to join our Beloit team. This role focuses on accurate application of customer payments and AR processes with no collections responsibilities.

You will verify cash drawers, reconcile accounts, and prepare journal entries while delivering exceptional service to customers and internal branches. Strong Excel skills and accounting knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of accounts receivable and accounting principles.
• Minimum 2 years AR experience preferred.
• Detail oriented with focus on accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Apply customer payments accurately and promptly.
• Resolve issues by communicating with customers and branches.
• Verify branch cash drawers and correct discrepancies.
• Reconcile branch cash and customer accounts.
• Prepare and process journal entries per policy.
• Provide world-class customer service to internal teams.
• Escalate repetitive issues for resolution.
• Perform aging reviews of receivables.
