Job summary

ABC Supply Co. Inc. in Beloit, Wisconsin, is seeking a detail‑oriented Customer Service Associate for a fast‑paced, cross‑functional role.

You will handle routine inquiries via phone, chat, and email, and support payment processing and cash application tasks. You will communicate with internal teams and customers, resolving issues with accuracy and timeliness, contributing to an outstanding employee experience at North America's largest wholesale distributor of exterior and interior building

Qualifications

• 1-2 years Help Desk or Customer Service experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Self-motivated and organized.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle high volume of calls and emails.
• Clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle routine customer service inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
• Research and communicate findings of customer payments, short pays and cash application details to the proper department and/or customer.
• Accept and process customer payments.
• Offer guidance on processes and troubleshoot common questions on programs and systems used.

What You'll Do

• Responsible for handling routine customer service inquiries via phone, chat, and email
• Must have excellent written/verbal communication and problem-solving skills, as well as being comfortable with multi-tasking as needed
• Research and communicate findings of customer payments, short pays and cash application details to the proper department and/or customer
• Accepts and processes customer payments
• Offer guidance on processes and troubleshoot common questions on programs and systems used

Essential Qualifications

• 1-2 years Help Desk or Customer Service experience
• Excellent Customer Service skills are required
• Self-Motivated

• Experience with accepting large volumes of incoming calls and emails
