Job summary

ABC Supply, North America’s largest wholesale distributor of exterior and interior building products, seeks an Accounts Receivable Specialist for National Accounts Resolution in Beloit, WI. Reconcile aging, resolve payment discrepancies, and assist in collecting past due invoices while building strong relationships with customers, branches, and national teams to improve cash flow.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ Accounts Receivable experience preferred.
• Strong Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) for data analysis.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general accounting principles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• AS400 or Agility experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile account aging for assigned portfolio.
• Prompt resolution on payment discrepancies using customers’ portals.
• Research and resolve variances with focus on trend recognition.
• Escalate issues for timely resolution and assist in collecting past due invoices.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, branches, and national support teams.
• Prepare and process journal entries per company policy.

It also includes assisting with the collection of overdue invoices.
