Highspring LLC (d/b/a Vaco by Highspring) is seeking an AR Manager in Rockwall, TX for a hybrid schedule. You will manage day-to-day AR operations, ensure accurate invoicing, collections and cash application, and support month-end close.

The role requires leading the AR team, monitoring aging and DSO, coordinating with finance and ops to resolve billing issues, maintain controls, and drive process improvements to scale the function.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the day-to-day Accounts Receivable function, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, collections, and cash application activities.
• Monitor aging reports and collections efforts to maintain healthy receivable balances and minimize overdue accounts.
• Review and analyze AR metrics, including DSO (Days Sales Outstanding), and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Lead, develop, and support AR team members while fostering a collaborative and service-oriented environment.
• Partner with accounting, finance, and operational teams to resolve customer billing issues and improve processes.
• Ensure account reconciliations are completed accurately and on a timely basis.
• Maintain strong internal controls and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist with month-end close activities and reporting related to accounts receivable.
• Support system enhancements, special projects, and initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and scalability.

Compensation: $120-130k
