Job summary

Axis Communications in Boston area seeks an A&E Regional Manager for New England and Upstate NY. You will act as the trusted technical advisor on networked physical security, driving specifications and growing Axis’s A&E program through targeted outreach and events.

You will lead high-quality meetings, collaborate with sales teams, promote Axis Site Designer and Revit plugins, and own the regional business plan with KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• 10 years in physical security (presales, integration or consulting)
• Proactive, self-driven field sales or business development
• Solid understanding of IP-based security systems (video, access control, intercom)
• Strong grasp of networking, system design, and cybersecurity
• Ability to speak credibly to engineers and business decision-makers
• CRM fluency (Salesforce or similar)
• Confident public speaker and relationship builder

Responsibilities

• Be the Expert: advisory discussions with architects, engineers, and security consultants
• Drive Specifications: get Axis written into project specs through relationships
• Lead with Presence: conduct in-person and virtual meetings across the territory
• Grow the Program: expand Axis A&E through outreach, training, networking
• Collaborate for Impact: align with regional sales, inside sales and A&E program manager
• Leverage Axis Tools: promote Axis Site Designer and Revit plugins
• Support Events & Trade Shows: represent Axis at conferences and trade shows
• Own Your Region: build regional plan, maintain CRM, report KPIs
