Job summary

Axis Communications seeks an A&E Regional Manager to cover New England and Upstate NY. The role focuses on deep technical credibility with A&E firms, security consultants, and specifiers.

Ideal candidates will be in the Boston area and travel frequently to build relationships and drive specifications. You’ll lead with expertise in IP-based security, cybersecurity, and system design while promoting Axis tools and coordinating with sales teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in physical security or related field.
• Proactive business development or field sales experience.
• Able to articulate IP-based security concepts to engineers and business leaders.
• Strong networking, project management, and CRM skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical advisor to architects, engineers and security consultants.
• Drive project specifications and long-term relationships in New England and Upstate NY.
• Conduct in-person and virtual meetings to advance Axis solutions.
• Promote Axis Site Designer and Revit plugin tools to design communities.
• Represent Axis at conferences, shows and regional A&E summits.
