Job summary

A prominent transportation consulting firm is seeking an experienced Paralegal or Contract Specialist to review architecture and engineering contracts. This temporary role requires direct experience in the A&E or construction industry and involves contract document review, risk management, and communication with stakeholders. The position is set to begin immediately, with approximately 40 hours of work per week for a 4–5 month engagement. Ideal candidates will have relevant experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Direct experience reviewing contracts for architecture & engineering or construction firms.
• Demonstrated experience reviewing A&E and/or construction industry contracts.
• Familiarity with professional liability insurance concepts applicable to design professionals.

Responsibilities

• Review all manner of A&E contract documents including non-disclosure agreements and client agreements.
• Learn and apply the firm’s risk-management standards to all contract documents.
• Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and external partners.
